The UK Ravens started in 2003 and have been bringing Baltimore Ravens fans together in the UK and Ireland ever since. We host regular meet-ups during the season and regular trips to the US with Touchdown Trips.
We are a fan-driven community. To get involved – or join our WhatsApp groups – just drop us a line!

The UK Ravens Committee
The committee runs the day-to-day work of the UK Ravens, from strategy and finances to events, merchandise, and communications. Get to know the team below.
Chair: Shane Richmond
The Committee Chair sets the strategy for the organisation and oversees its overall direction. Shane has been a Ravens fan since attending a game in Baltimore in 2000 – just seven games before their first Super Bowl win. He has been involved with the UK Ravens since 2017, built the current website, appears on the podcast, and helps run the Twitter/X account.
Treasurer: George Message
The Treasurer handles the financial side of the organisation, keeping the books in order and making sure the UK Ravens operates on a sound financial footing. George, a chartered accountant by profession, found his love for the Ravens in 2012, in the off-season before their second Super Bowl win; a well timed decision. He became involved with the UK Ravens a few years later, joining the UK Ravens tour in 2018 (as part of his honeymoon) and the 2024 playoff trip.
Marketing Lead: Ian Demain
The Marketing Lead coordinates the UK Ravens’ external communications and social media, helping spread the word and grow the community. Ian has been involved with the UK Ravens since 2017. He set up the UK Ravens Twitter/X account and appears on the podcast.
Events and Merchandise: Darren Foster
The Events and Merchandise Lead oversees UK Ravens meetups and events across the country, and runs the merchandise store (currently being rebuilt). Foz built up the current network of nationwide meet-ups and watch parties, and runs the UK Ravens Instagram account. A Rugby League supporter, Foz was introduced to the NFL by his Falcons-supporting father in law. The Ravens grabbed his interest through defensive dominance, and he fell in love thanks to Torrey Smith’s performance for the ages immediately after the tragic loss of his brother.
The Advisory Board
The UK Ravens Committee is assisted by an Advisory Board, with the following members:
President: Dave Cressey
Dave is the founder of the UK Ravens, establishing the group in 2003.
Other members: Michael Brown, Harriet Collins, Ashley Fallady, Jake Smith, Gaz Poole, Erin Portsmouth, Kyle Taylor.
